The house is located on the road towards Castel Vittorio, on the left side coming from Pigna. There is street parking, and the possibility to build a carport for three cars.
It has a new roof but at some point needs plumbing renewal. The walls are solid but interior needs some tlc.
First floor: you enter the kitchen from where you have access to the living room, which has a door to the garden. The kitchen also leads to the bathroom and the stairway.
second floor: two big bedrooms, one has beautiful old tile.
Third floor: Under the roof, currently with access from outside, you find two big rooms that can be turned into bedrooms as well.
Ground floor: there is a ‘cantina’ with a double door towards the street, and the room has a beautiful arch. There is another cantina next to it, also with access from the street, that is sold separately by a different owner.
All rooms in the house has an extraordinary magnificent view over the valley.
There is a garden on both sides of the house, and another one ‘terrace’ up. There is room to build a small pool.
